INGREDIENTS
- 400 g mushrooms
- 6 tbsp cornflour (Maïzena®)
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 L water
- 200 ml crème fraîche

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Blend the mushrooms in the food processing bowl, fitted with the main blade and the Blendermix attachment, for 5 minutes to obtain a smooth purée. Add into a pan.
- 400 g mushrooms
2.Then mix the water, cornflour and salt. Add to the mushrooms. Cook over a medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 6 tbsp cornflour (Maïzena®)
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 L water
3.Pour into a soup bowl and add the crème fraîche.
- 200 ml crème fraîche
4.Stir and serve.
