I purchase many goods online and have dealt with every size from the biggest e-commerce sites to the smaller ones. I have never before received service to this exceptional level. I made a note on my order to contact my wife to arrange delivery. I had just received the order confirmed email when I received another email confirming they had spoken to my wife already and arranged delivery. I was then sent photos from their supplier as they were concerned that there were minor marks on the box. To be honest I didn't see what they were talking about but requested they send to me anyway as I really wanted the item and it was the last one available. They then sent me pictures again when they received the item from the supplier confirming everything was perfect. The good were delivered as arranged the day before. Gaby and Culinary Direct went above and beyond my expectations in every regard. I will only support them for all my culinary equipment needs from now on.

Staub Double Handle Grill Pan-28cm Beautiful pan. (Turn the black one over for a deep teal surprise.) Solid and heavy for perfect heating and heat retention. And at 28 x 28cm you can fit a lot into it without crowding. In terms of price, compared to the other well known French brand, it's a bargain.
