The saucepan enables particularly gentle cooking of sensitive dishes such as fish or vegetables – or particularly quick cooking of stews or meat. The high temperatures for this are generated by the pressure build-up inside. The safety valve prevents unintentional opening and the attachment aid is used to close the cover with a precise fit. The SIGMA Classic sandwich floor with aluminum core ensures fast and even heat distribution. The steam cooker is made of stainless steel, which makes it suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. It is tasteless, easy to care for and scratch-resistant and has handles made of heat-resistant plastic.
