Get more than you ever expected from your cheese grater when you try out this Surface Glide Parmesan grater by Cuisipro. It has a stainless steel frame and non-slip grip handle, and uses a double-sided, acid-etched blade to make short work of Parmesan and other hard cheeses, chocolate, and more.
The blade also features Cuisipro’s exclusive Surface Glide Technology. The repeated groove pattern spread evenly across the blade surface not only elongates the individual blades to give you more gratings per stroke, but also reduces the resistance, making your grating experience easier.
The non-slip foot provides a tight grip on your countertop surface while in use for extra safety, and the large grating surface allows you to grate a wide variety of cheese sizes. Included with the grater is a protective cover that doubles as a measuring device.
