The TAKUMI paring knife by ZWILLING opens up our new dimension of damascus steel.
Description
The TAKUMI paring knife by ZWILLING opens up our new dimension of damascus steel.
This is where you will find a composition of Japanese craftsmanship and German engineering that is unparalleled in terms of hardness and sharpness as well as in its unique damask design.
Thanks to its damask pattern, this Japanese knife not only has exceptionally good looks, its inner values are also impressive: 63 HRC stands for a particularly high degree of hardness that is rarely achieved by kitchen knives. 100 layers of premium steel and an FC 63 core were used to make the 10 cm, ultra-hard blade without compromising on flexibility.
It is finished with a triple-riveted, rounded handle featuring Micarta shells.
