The STAUB Casserole is unsurpassed for slow cooking meats and vegetables to tender perfection and for simmering hearty soups and stews. Cast iron possesses exceptional heat retaining qualities, resulting in even heating throughout. The innovative lid features tiny spikes on the interior that continually release condensed liquid back onto the food, yielding moist, flavourful results. The Casserole also makes a great serving piece, going directly from stove to table.
Aroma rain by STAUB
With its flat lid, the STAUB Casserole can be closed tightly. Inside, the special teardrop structure ensures effective liquid distribution in the lid.
Protective enamelling
The inside of the Casserole is covered with a matt black enamel with a rough structure. This is scratch-resistant and acid-resistant and thus ensures a long service life of the cookware.
