These brownies are delicious served with vanilla ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g pecans
- 140 g butter
- 150 g caster sugar
- 80 g flour
- 3 eggs

HOW TO MAKE IT
1,Preheat the oven to 160°C (gas mark 3).
2.Add the pecans to the mini bowl. Give a few pulses to roughly chop them.

3.Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain marie.
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 140 g butter
4.Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade. Mix the eggs and sugar for 10 seconds.
- 150 g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
5.Gradually pour the chocolate-butter mixture through the opening. Let the mixture continue to blend until you get a smooth dough.
6.Open the cap and add the flour. Mix for 15 seconds.
- 80 g flour
7.Add the nuts and pulse 4 times.
8.Butter the tin and pour in the brownie mixture.
9.Bake for 20 minutes.
