- 60 g brown sugar

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 125 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chips

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Preheat your oven to 220°C. Add the brown sugar, salt, sugar, diced butter and eggs into the bowl fitted with the dough hook. Run for 30 seconds.

2.Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Run fo 20 seconds

3.Using a tablespoon, place small piles of the cookie dough onto baking paper. Make sure to leave enough room between each cookie.
4.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
