- 2 red apples

- 1 onion
- 150 ml vinegar
- 150 g caster sugar

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Wash the tomatoes, celery and apples, then cut them into pieces. Peel and pit the mango, then cut it into pieces.

2.Process the fruit and vegetables using the Extra Press to create a coulis.

3.Peel and chop the onions. Pour the coulis into a saucepan, add the chopped onion and the other ingredients.

4.Mix and cook for 1 hour over a low heat, stirring regularly. Leave to cool and pour into sterilised jars.
