- 150 ml of water
- 150 g of sugar
- 500 g of large mangoes
- 1 lime

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Add the water and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a boil until you obtain a syrup. Leave to cool.

2.If you use the Juice Extractor or Juice Filter with your Magimix machine, pass the mangoes using the Extra Press accessory. If not, finely blend the mango flesh in a food processor or in a blender with the lime juice.
- 500 g of large mangoes
- 1 lime
3.Mix the mango purée with the syrup. You can pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the mango fibres.
4.Place the mixture in the refrigerator until it is cold. Press the Artisanal ice cream mode. Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert.
5.When the light flashes, your sorbet is ready. Serve your sorbet immediately or store it in the freezer.
