INGREDIENTS
- 6 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of fennel seeds
- 2 small red apples
- 2 large carrots
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.In a large bowl whisk the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sugar and fennel; season.
- 6 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp of olive oil

- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
2.Remove the apple stems. Spiralize the carrot and apple using the SPAGHETTI cone. Cut into shorter lengths.

3.Slice the cabbage in the food processor using the 2mm slicing disc.

4.Toss all ingredients in the dressing and set aside for at least 10 minutes before serving.
