It is equipped with a five-layer GRANITIUM non-stick coating that lets you cook with almost no oil or fat added. Thanks to excellent heat properties on gas, electric and ceramic stoves, the flavours of your dishes are fully preserved when cooking. The heavy-duty aluminium pan in forged quality inspires with exceptional properties. The non-stick coating with mineral particles is extremely heat-resistant and can be used at temperatures up to 250 ° C. The pan is flat, scratch-resistant and also suitable for metal kitchen utensils. You can safely clean the pan in the dishwasher or by hand. The pan has an ergonomically shaped, thermally insulated plastic handle.
