This STAUB grill pan is ideal for those who like to avoid fat. It has a bottom with grooves into which the excess fat can drain off. This grooved structure gives the meat both a characteristic grill pattern and the typical grill taste. It is therefore low in calories and looks as if it came from the grill. With this pan you can treat yourself to a juicy and tender piece of meat even in Winter. This round grill pan in black with spout corners has a diameter of 27cm and is made of cast iron. This material is robust, durable and distributes the heat particularly well. The matt black enamelling on the inside enhances the meat’s own taste and at the same time ensures that nothing sticks to the bottom. The STAUB grill pan is therefore particularly suitable for searing, where all the valuable ingredients are preserved.
It is compatible with all types of hobs including induction hobs. Thanks to its silicone handle you do not need potholders. You can fold this handle after use to store the pan in a cupboard to save space. With this grill pan, you can make a delicious piece of meat almost effortlessly.
