INGREDIENTS
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 untreated lime
- 125 g icing sugar
- approx. 150 g Ice cubes
- 125 ml of vodka, to taste

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Prepare the strawberries by washing them in a sieve, such as the ZWILLING TABLE, and ensuring they are well drained and clean. Transfer the strawberries to the container of the ZWILLING ENFINIGY hand blender. Next, wash the lime with hot water, dry it, and grate the zest directly onto the strawberries in the container using a ZWILLING Z-Cut fine grater. Squeeze the juice from the lime and pour it over the strawberries. Sprinkle the strawberries with icing sugar and add ice cubes.
2.Cover the container and use the cocktail program to mix the ingredients. Once the mixing process is complete, transfer the delicious strawberry lemonade to a sterilized bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
3.Enjoy the lemonade as is, with crushed ice, or mix it with sparkling wine. It also makes a great topping for vanilla ice cream or fruit cake.
Tip
Instead of strawberries, you can use other types of fruit, such as raspberries, apricots or mango.
